This is the most amazing brownie I have eaten in a long time. It’s so good that my husband and I ate nearly the entire thing in one sitting! Whoops…
Melt the butter, sugar and white chocolate over a saucepan of boiling water and then set aside to cool a little for a few minutes.
Then beat in the eggs and vanilla essence and gradually add the flour and baking powder.
Mix well and add the milk chocolate chips. Then chop up the strawberries….
Add the strawberries to the mixture. Mix well and pour into a greased cake tin.
Then cook at 180C for 25 minutes until a knife comes out clean from the sponge. Don’t over cook it.

175g white chocolate
175g milk chocolate chips
115g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking flour
2 handfuls of strawberries
