This is the quickest and easiest craft ever, so perfect for when craft tempations are nagging you on a busy weekend.
Choose a sturdy (but pretty!) cord to use as your curtain tie base.
Cut 1 metre and fold it in half. This will go around the curtain. At the end with the cord ends (as opposed to the folded loop), knot the cord ends together.
Now for the fun part. You can decorate your ties in any way you like, but I recommend sewing on seed beads in a decorative pattern.
Then take the finshed tie and put it around tbe curtain. At the front, thread the knotted end through the looped end. The knot will keep the tie in place and the curtain secure.
Then do the other tie.
